Staff User Room

The STIC has a high-quality computer room and peripheral devices for use by teaching and research staff, as well as administration and services staff, who need the use of these equipment for their university work. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art computers, as well as printers and various plotters, VHS / DVD recorder or high-speed scanner and document loader.

Location: Room 0.02 - CITTIC Building.  Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Video conferencing

The STIC puts at your disposal videoconferencing equipment for teaching and research activities.

The request will be made through its “Virtual Campus” in the section: Employee -> My Work -> Reservation of spaces -> Reservations Computer Resources -> New Application , filling in detail the reservation form. > >>

Web surveys

You can request access to the Limesurvey web survey creation tool through the STIC User Service Center .

Loan of Audiovisual and Portable Equipment

If you have to use the audiovisual equipment in the auditorium, hall, grade rooms and grand classrooms, you must make the reservation at the Space Management Service, and indicate if you need assistance from our audiovisual technicians.

There is a limited number of technicians, so we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. Make your request as soon as possible.
