The PhD Program in Economic, Business and Legal Sciences is inter-university in nature, and is offered by the University of Almeria, the University of Jaén and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
The program mission is to provide advanced research training in the areas of Economics, Business Administration and Management, and Law. Specifically, it aims to provide the skills and competencies necessary to make complex decisions in dynamic business environments and to design and execute innovative and applied research in the fields of economics and management. Likewise, it provides the key competencies to disseminate quality research results both in the teaching field and in forums and journals that have an international impact related to the aforementioned fields.
The research lines offered in the field of Business are: Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Market Research, and Business Organization and Technology Management; in the field of Economics: Agricultural and Business Economics and Sectoral, Agri-food and Development Economics; and in the field of Law: Civil Law and Public and Company Law.
