Contact the Student Support Services Department (ARATIES)
Student Service centre (CAU): In the section "Contact through the User Service Centre (CAU)" on this website, we explain how to use this online channel.
Face to face service : Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm (central building, office 0.36). Appointment must be made online.
Telephone: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm. Visit the Phone list website.
Virtual assistant: Our virtual assistant, Dani, will answer your questions about acccess to university, pre-registration, tuition, grants, and other university-related issues.
Contact through the User Service Centre (CAU)
Through CAU, you can send us any questions, incidents and/or requests. To send us a complaint or suggestion, go to the "Complaints and Suggestions" section of this website.
If you are a member of the university community(*), and you want to use de CAU tool, please choose one of the following options:
- Questions or requests addressed to administrative services or related to the Blackboard Learn online platform.
- Questions, incidents, or requests to the Information and Communication Technologies Area.
If you are an external user to the UAL (you do not have an account to access the virutal platform), please contact us through enquiry form.
Complaints and suggestions
By means of a complaint you can inform us of any neglect, dealy or other incident derived from the povision of services, including teaching. By means of a suggestion you can provide your ideas or initiatives to improve the provision of services , including teaching.
