The University of Almeria puts at your disposal a system for the presentation of complaints and suggestions. This system is described through a general procedure that has been approved by its Governing Council and that is mandatory for the Processing Units.

Resolution deadlines

A period of 15 business days is established to receive the response, counted from the date on which the suggestion or complaint has been admitted for processing by the Responsible Unit.
