Description

IBRAVE  is 2-year project which aim is making rural areas
more attractive for both residents and tourists thanks to the development of vocational skills and by making the best out of existing branding methods.

The problems that the project addresses are the decreasing population in rural areas and the lack of common and comprehensive branding understanding among the local municipalities that participate. The project managers identified the need to find innovative methods to involve SMEs while training vocational students and entrepreneurs on branding methods and new technologies.

The Project’s focus is establishing a cross-border cooperation in the field of tourism and identifying the most effective methods to strengthen the link between local SME’s and the municipalities. The objective is encouraging residents and tourists to live together in local areas and cooperate for the creation of new working opportunities. The collaboration consists on a variety of experienced entities with different backgrounds - local governments, Vocational Training Institutions, University and private graphic enterprises – working together to design a brand new strategy to valorize tourist resources and foster entrepreneurial activities in rural areas.
