In order to access the official Master's degree, it will be necessary to hold an official Spanish university degree, or another issued by a higher education institution in the European Higher Education Area, which can facilitate access to Master's programmes in the issuing country.

Likewise, graduates may have access to education systems outside the European Higher Education Area without the need for degree homologation, after the University has verified that the degrees are accredited to a training level equivalent to the corresponding Spanish official university degrees, and that they facilitate access to postgraduate teaching in the issuing country.

The university degree giving access will correspond to the chosen specialisation. In the event that this degree does not correspond to the chosen specialisation, the students will have to take an access test that proves their mastery of the competencies related to the specialization that they wish to study.

Fluency in a foreign language, equivalent to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, must be attained within the authorized pre-registration period (DUA).

Professional opportunities

This Master's Degree is required for teaching secondary education in the various educational centres within the Spanish autonomous communities. It allows access to the approved doctoral studies that are offered within the education discipline.
