Structure of the Degree

 

Time planning chart of the Modules:

  • The module 1, Basic Training, includes basic and common contents for all the degrees belonging to the Economics and Business branch. They are taught during the first year of the Bachelor's Degree.

  • The modules 2 and 3 includes subjects that expand basic training and that are also common for all the degrees of the Economics and Business branch. They are taught during the second year of the Bachelor's Degree.

  • The module 4 to 11 include different specific courses of the Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. They are taught throughout the second, third and fourth years of the Bachelor's Degree.

  • The module 12 includes the elective nature of the degree, as an alternative for the recognition established in article 12.8 of the Royal Decree 1393/2007. 3rd year’s students must take 6 elective credits and they can choose between the two elective subjects offered.

  • The module 13, Professional Prospects, includes the carrying-out of a compulsory bachelor's dissertation. Additionally, this module includes Internships planned for the fourth year of the Bachelor's Degree. Students who do not carry out this internships, must take a compulsory subject which provides with similar competencies and that is taught also in the fourth year of the Bachelor's Degree.
