CERTIFICATES OF ARRIVAL
Once you have completed the check-in (by attending the Orientation Day(s) or by booking an in-person appointment at our office), you will be able to download your digitally signed Certificate of Arrival from UMove. All partner universities accept both our Certificate of Arrival and Certificate of Stay, so there is no need to worry if your home university’s own form is not signed. Our certificate includes all the information required by your university for your grant.
Some students need a signature on a document that is not for their home university, but to apply for an additional grant from their region. This document will also be digitally signed through UMove once you have uploaded it in the Documentation section, under “Other Documentation (Manager’s signature)”.
