In addition, the following shall be taken into account.

An attempt will be made to recognize the elective credits completed by the student in the degree from the country of origin, even if the specific subjects of the destination studies are not equivalent, when their content is considered appropriate to the degree objectives and competencies, and especially, in the case of study adaptations leading to degrees considered equivalent in accordance with the rules for recognising credits.

Adaptation Procedure

If this Master is the transformation of a former one, students from the former degree may choose from:

  • Finish studies in their degrees, which will progressively disappear, following the calendar established in the Report and the regulations established by the University of Almeria (If the degree was structured in two academic years, it will disappear, following the instructions contained in the Report, one year at a time. After teaching has disappeared from each year, there will be two examination sittings in the following academic year.)
  • Adapt to the new official Master degree. In this case the adaptation chart of the above point will apply.
