By the University of Almeria offering the Double Master's in Compulsory Secondary and Upper Secondary Education Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching (Pathway- Specialisation in Industrial Technology and Processes), and in Representation and Design in Engineering and Architecture (PES-TPyRDIA) the demand is met for students seeking access to the teaching career in Secondary Education, giving greater guarantees and, in addition, specialisation in a specific area of design, through which they can eventually access a doctoral programme to develop their research skills, culminating in the presentation of a doctoral thesis.

For students to be able to take the Double Masters, the University of Almeria has planned a pathway making it feasible to complete both in 3 semesters.

Professional opportunities

The Double Master's in Secondary Education Teaching and in Representation and Design in Engineering and Architecture will offer its graduates the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of specialise in a specific area of design while preparing them to practise professionally as secondary education teachers in the various educational centres of the State’s autonomous communities. It allows access to doctoral studies that can be approved and offered in the education discipline.
