Food safety is of particular interest in terms of the presence of residues and contaminants in food, as well as the control of residues and contaminants in the environment,. This Master’s studies the significance of compounds of interest, the organization of laboratories, and the applicability of advanced analysis techniques, without forgetting the normative aspects required to become sufficiently trained in the professional field and to initiate research.
