Registration for ESC2009 is closed

Fees and Payment


The registration fees are 300 euros. This include accomodation, breakfast, lunch, social events and cofference cost.

The fees cover the accomodation in single or double rooms the nights of 15th, 16th and 17th of July 2009. The accomodation will be in a three stars hotel in the center of the city with very good comunication with the conference place by public transport.

For registration, fill out the next form and pay the fees as is indicated bellow. We will send you a email back comfirming that everything is ok.

Abstracts Submission
Submit your abstract by email to esc2009@ual.es.  Please read the following instruction prior to submitting your abstract:
  • Abstract should be maximun one A4. Use 12 points Times New Roman and single spacing or equivalent.
  • Figures and references are permited. The figures should be include in black and white or grey scale.
  • Title, authors, present author, institution should be indicate in the abstract.
  • Please, send it in MSWord, OpenOffice or plain text format.
  • Indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation.

Deadlines

 The general deadline for everything is April 15th, 2009.
For delayed registration we can not guaranteed the fees indicated above, due to possible overcost in accomodation.
For accomodation, there are a limited number of single rooms. We suggest that if you have no matter to share a double room with one of your collegues tell us with the registration. Single rooms will be assigned with priority to the people who first complete the registration (registration+payment).
