INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS AND POSTER PRESENTERS:
The lecture rooms will be equipped with* an overhead projector for transparencies
* a blackboard
* a projector with a connection to use your own laptopTwo poster sessions will be organized on Tuesday, June 7, and on Wednesday, June 8. Each poster will be exposed in both sessions, and the presenters should be available next to their poster stand at 11.30 - 12.00 noon both days. Presenters are kindly requested to set up their posters at any time before 11.30 of Tuesday, and to remove them by the end of the Congress.
The poster boards are double sided, but only one side of a board will be available for each poster. The maximal space available on each board is of 1 x 2 m (width x height). There will be both straight and cork boards (to use with pushpins). Pushpins will be available from the organizers.
Each poster has to include the title as announced for the conference program, author's name (and names of possible co-authors) and contact information. Please apply font size sufficiently large to ensure good readability/visibility and test these aspects of your display before the meeting.
The standard languages of the congress are English, Spanish and French, proposed to be used for the posters as well.
Presenters are adviced to bring along a small amount of hard copies (in standard size) of their poster and/or of the respective article/manuscript to be distributed to the interested audience.
