Information to start using UAL's ICT services
If you're starting out at the UAL now...
The first thing you need is a UAL user account to access all our ICT services (@ual.es or @inlumine.ual.es)
Don't have a UAL account yet? You can request one in the following ways:
- Undergraduate, postgraduate or doctorate student: go to ARATIES
- Student on UAL-specific course: ask the course coordinator
- Faculty and staff: Through the Virtual Campus

Visitor
If you're visiting us for a few days or weeks and you just want to connect to the WiFi, you've got two options:
- Use the username and password of your home university, if it belongs to Eduroam
- Your host lecturer can also create a temporary guest account through the Virtual Campus
